There are numerous anecdotes, and accounts drawn from the wide cross section of Mobile DJ experiences. Every event, be it wedding, corporate banquet, prom, 50th wedding anniversary, Bar Mitzvah, theme party, or what have you, can unexpectedly, quite unintentionally, and often spontaneously give rise to an entertaining, comical, or even uncanny experience. These experiences, along with the circumstances surrounding them, can and do illustrate how the Mobile DJ Industry is frequently unpredictable and colorful.
We would love this blog to serve as an anthology of these anecdotes and accounts and welcome comments containing any personal experiences that were found to be unique, comical, most-interesting, and especially, highly entertaining. For consideration, they must be relevant and in good taste. Personally, I can see how a series of well-related scenarios could easily be featured in a remarkable collection of DJ stories that could someday be woven together into a most unique and entertaining book. I know I’d like to read it.

Larry, I’m not a writer but I have some good stories. Can you rewrite what I write and make it better?
Hi Frank. Good to hear from you! Just email an overview of the incidents or give me a call and we’ll take it from there, or even easier, just put the description with as much detail as you like into a comment right on this blog. As far as the book is concerned, I figure the collection of the most entertaining short stories WILL make an excellent read, and I’m eager to hear about what has happened to any of us while doing what we do. You never know. It just could turn out that sharing that unpredictable and unforgettable incident will serve to provide some levity and entertain a whole lot of other folks.
Drove in 18 inches of snow to an event, where we discussed the issue at hand the day before and gave the client a choice between a last minute replacement to insure timeliness, or the performer that was the predetermined MC, at the risk of lateness due to a previous affair. Client chose to keep performer that could be slowed by weather, then wanted all the money back, despite the event being awesome, and all important formalities being done, because the performer was late. Proof from http://psrprod.com that no good deed goes unpunished.
