We’ve Moved Here.
What can be done to make your wedding uniquely you? Initially, I would encourage you to think about what would best describe the experience of your wedding. Peter Merry has provided the following grouping of adjectives. Choosing some, that would best describe how you envision your special day, can serve as a useful point of reference. From there, a wide variety of approaches, consisting of specific features, presentations, routines and activities can be explored, and if you desire, incorporated into your wedding plans. The goal is to craft a one-of-a-kind, wedding celebration in accordance with your personalities and style.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR WEDDING RECEPTION?
Fun, Interactive, and Entertaining
Energetic, Lively, and Exciting
Memorable and Unique
Personal and Intimate
Romantic, Emotional, and Sentimental
Stress-free, Carefree, and Well-organized
Relaxed, Comfortable, and Smooth-flowing
Elegant, Classy, Formal, and Traditional
I am not a decor-focused person. Naturally, from a visual standpoint, I am a proponent of tasteful, ascetic appearances. But, as far as I’m concerned, the experience of the wedding celebration hinges much, much more on the quality of the entertainment. Because this is my perspective, I don’t mind when the wedding reception is held in a recreation center, or even a barn or a warehouse. My main criteria is that everyone be in one open space so they can more easily feel connected and feel like they’re a part of the festivities.
HERE’S THE CONCEPT
It’s the ENTERTAINMENT that
• Sets the Tone of the Reception
• Keeps Your Agenda Flowing Smoothly
• Maintains the Ongoing Interest of Your Guests
And at your Reception, the quality of entertainment is what will determine whether:
• Your guests have a wonderful time
• Enjoy themselves
• Continue to party
-OR-
• Get bored
• Become restless
• Leave early
THE KEY FACTOR IS how much your guests feel included in your marriage celebration. When your friends and family are given REPEATED FUN OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE in celebrating the love shared by the bride and groom (the very reason for the reception), your special day will be experienced as a resounding success!
